Directions:

• If using Aloe Vera Juice for the first time maybe start with 30ml to 50ml per day for first week or to allow your digestion to get use to it.

• Add 10gm Powder (approx two rounded teaspoons) to 1 Lt water and shake.

• Allow approximately 10 mins to dissolve. refrigerate & consume within 3 to 5 days. Consume a minimum of 200 to 300ml per day.

• The product settles so shake each time before use. For an additional boost, and maximum polysaccharide health benefits add a 1/4 teaspoon with fresh vegetable juice or health smoothies and drink daily.
